5.5 AND 4.8 imo.... Horton will not remain as a Bruin at that number however IMO.

I have a feeling Horton gets 5 something per. There's a lot of teams that could use a guy like him

Rask - 6 years/$30 million
Horton - 5 years/$27 million....and it won't be in Boston. The cap is too tight.

Bruins will resign Rask to something around 5 years aat $5.5 million.

I think Chiarelli will offer something around 4 years, $4.5 - $5.0 for Horton, but I don't think he signs for that.. He'll get something $5-5.5 million from another team.

Any chance Horton takes a short term contract with Boston or elsewhere to increase a future payday?

Or will the money come to him regardless?

I think with his concussion history he might be looking for a long term deal. Maybe he'll give up some cash for security.

With his concussion history I don't think he will take short money. I think his agent will be looking at term in a big way.

I think someone, in need of a big, somewhat physical, top 6 forward who can get you 25 goals will have the cap room too throw at Nate.

I'd love to have him back in Boston, the numbers just don't add up unless he was willing to take low money in exchange for term.

I'd love to have Horton in Washington, but knowing McPhee he won't even make an attempt to sign him if he makes it to UFA

He would fit in nice for Winnipeg's top six.

Kane Scheifele Horton

Ladd Little Wheeler

Horton is definitely a guy Shero should be going after in free agency.

Big, tough, good skater, skilled, RH shot. Might leave you wanting more with the production he showed in Florida, but for what we need on the top6, he would be a great fit.
