MPS to Philadelphia

Seems to have somewhat fallen out of favor...
What would it take?

I'm curious as to where people are getting the idea he's fallen out of favor. He's just had to adapt to a new role, and this season it seems he's found his groove. He's not going to be the next Swedish superstar like was once thought, but he's going to make a good 2nd or 3rd line LW for the Oil. Personally not really interested in trading him.

what this guy said, he has added some physicality & has improved his defensive game.

I think hes going to be a 20-20, 4-9 winger with size and speed. Very Valuable on a small team.

Actually your dead wrong, Krueger has been happy with his play ever since he has been called up. Oilers need his size and speed in the line up and it would take a over payment to get him.

Maybe delusional is a stretch, but so is the 20-20 prediction. There is no way a guy that good at finding the goalie's crest is going to pot 20. That said, I think Magnus is adapting well to his new expectations/role and could be a permanent fixture on the 3rd line next year. Simply lost in the numbers game, which is fine for this year given he is still ELC.

As for the OP, I'm not real familiar with the Flyers prospect pool, nor would the Flyers be interested in giving away a better player for a package including Paajarvi, so I'm going to guess there is no deal to be made.

A fourth rounder and Leighton. I don't like MPS, I think he more or less sucks.

Don't blame you. I'd love to have him on the Leafs bottom six. He seems like a very defensively responsible player with a little pop on the admittedly few times that I have seen him play.

He's slowly falling back into favour this year. We'll hang on to him. No point in selling low.
