Yeah, that makes no sense.

The next part of their schedule is pretty brutal. Starting Sunday they play every other day with a few back to back games until mid April. They don't get more than 1 day off between games in that stretch.

Not sure about seeing peg in our division next year.

Not scared of them at all, not with that goalie situation at least. Even if our defense and/or goalie let us down, I have confidence in us still pulling out a 5-4 W or something like that more often than not.

The thing about Clowe being suspended is that it probably helps SJ because Clowe has been terrible this season - given them basically nothing.

That window has become way too small IMO. That was my whole point

Read the above thread. That was me in July advocating for us to trade for Voracek. There was no one that took my side and thought it was a good idea to pursue him via trading for his rights (was a RFA).

I knew the guy was going to pick up his production, and no one else wanted to believe me.

I know, but people were saying he wasn't a fit, wouldn't acknowledge he would help the PP, couldn't reach the 60-point bar I came up with, etc.

It's just one of those things you're proud of.

BWC had an Olesz/Campbell proposal like a year before the real deal happened. He's got that to brag about.

It was so funny after months of telling LEaf fans to stop throwing Stalberg in every trade proposal when Bowman actually went and got him

And Stalberg still has major defensive issues that he hasn't addressed

You need to tell Pens fans to stop throwing Crosby and Malkin in to proposals to Chicago

they're talking about re-alignment on HNIC. It looks very much like Detroit will definitely be moving back to the eastern conference.

our division is proposed to be Chicago, Colorado, Dallas, Minnesota, Nashville, St. Louis, Winnipeg.

Very, very interesting. I think we have to be with Detroit. That's just my opinion.

I think it might have been "Columbus" not "Colorado" they showed as being in our division...which would make more sense

Absolutely terrible if case

Totally kills the last O-6 rivalry left and leaves us with only 1 real Norris rival
