Poor call but they had given up a SH goal already and honestly Haltby should have stopped that 3rd shot

It was a shot from point with no screen

Not sure why the Jackets continue to hope that Mason will turn it around. At this point it is pretty clear it isn't happening

IMO go with Bobrovsky the rest of season and see what you got stop giving Mason starts unless you have to

Seeing Staal in so much pain at the beginning was actually pretty hard for me to watch... I can't even imagine what it feels like getting hit with a puck in the face.

WHY!? Why do sports leagues continue to not implement safety rules everyone knows they should but don't?

Why is there no mandatory visor rule for the NHL, these kids have to wear them in JRs, college, all the way up to the AHL/NHL so it's not like they aren't used to it?

Tired of sports leagues waiting for the catastrophic event before making rule changes instead of before the event.

Dale Earnhart would be alive if NASCAR used the HAN device as they where recommended they should have.

Jurior Seua and other NFL player might be alive if they had concussion rules and regulations in place.

Now Staal might be blind in an eye because of this again. It's disgusting, they know what they need to do to be safe but refuse to do it. You'd think they would almost go overboard in safety but instead they do barely enough to keep people from dying on their field and that's it.

Love seeing the Blue blow the 3 goal lead.

All 5 Pacific teams currently in the top 8 in the West. That could change quickly with how close everyone is bunched up though.

Agreed, either that or some kind of sports goggles because everyone gets hit in the face, be it a stick or a puck, that's hockey.

Mandatory visors? What is this, a womens league? If a guy wants to wear a visor..fine, if he doesn't that's his choice.

Chris Broussard comes on ESPN to say the Hawks streak is more impressive than the Heats. It's all a dog and pony to make up for Stephen A Smith being a ******

I really wish ESPN would just not cover the NHL, at all, ever. I also don't understand why hockey fans (not referring to anyone in here) always get so butt hurt with ESPN and their hate towards the NHL. Seems they just want to be accepted by ESPN so bad, and it's such a crap channel these days, that I don't have a clue why they would even want that. That goes without mentioning what happened in the past, and their lack of rights to coverage. Just annoying if you ask me.

With that said, I will say that I LOVE NHL Network's coverage. They do such a great job of balancing highlights, airing games, live look-ins, etc.

players didn't have to wear helmets for the longest time and now it's mandatory. wearing helmets doesn't make it a "women's league".

I couldn't live without the NHLN. I'm pretty sure the logo is burned into all my TVs.
