Name me a better TV show than Prison Break in the past 10 years?

I saw one episode of Louie on Netflix. It was pretty good. That was a few months ago

Will watch the rest eventually, but there's that, Archer, Top Chef Season 10, The Burn...too many shows to watch

And they're all better than Prison Break LOL

Prison break was only good for one season. Then it wasn't really breaking out of prison.

It was when they were in the Sona.

They should've just extended the first season as much as possible. Don't ask me how (because the first season was awesome), but there was a lot of potential there.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I just started watching Prison Break, and wow, I love it. I've never been so nervous while watching a TV show, and I've never rooted for a character more than Michael.

I'm in the middle of Season 2, so hopefully, S3 and S4 aren't too much of a let-down as people have stated in this thread.

I agree too. Louie is great.

I remember finding out his Stand Up clips on youtube. I couldn't stop laughing and I was so pissed that not anyone of my friends took me seriously when I tried to tell them that Louie CK is THE best comedian. I was probably among the first 10 fans the guy made in Finland. Love me some Louie.

Prison Break was a great show for 1st season. I think 2nd season was watchable and everything after that was crap.

The Sopranos is my personal favorite.

Prison Break season 1 is high on my list too, but other than that it doesn't break my top-20.

I think they are a let-down. The idea of the show is pretty much milked all the way trough after 2 first seasons. But the show probably suffers a bit from the same thing most great shows suffer. It has so high expectations that they are nearly impossible to meet. The producers go overboard and the show loses it's interest. Happens to a lot of TV-series.

It's all downhill from here tbh. But I remember not liking second half of season 2, so if you like that part then you might like the other 2 seasons as well.

I think I already posted this the first time around, but I actually only saw a little more than the first season (apparently before it got unwatchable) and I thought even that was pretty mediocre and bland. I get pretty sick of these "intense", drawn out cliffhanger-dramas who's solely interested in hooking you and stringing you along for the sake of it, personally.

I actually don't see it as being too much better than the first season of Walking Dead.

Don't keep you hopes up. Season 1 was the best by far. It's all downhill from there...big time.

Seasons 3 and 4 were huge let-downs, especially when they started going into the conspiracy crap with that old man

And yes, I endured all those seasons

They ended up making a movie to end the series, but I didn't bother with that. Few highlights I remember

- Bellick getting washed away
- The FBI agent trying to hunt them down and then he joins their team
- Sara becoming a fugitive too
- Michael's Father

Oh yeah, I forgot House. I didn't like the 8th season too much but the first 5ish were something great. I fell in love with Hugh Laurie on that show.

At this moment I am forced to watch Greys Anatomy with my girlfriend. We started from first season and are now middle of 6th. Hate to admit but the show kind of grew on me. It is one of the most sleeziest fake drama **** there is, I mean even Sex and The City is not as bad, but I still kind of started to like it.

I know, pathetic.

You really should. Even if it was just done through webisodes. You could wear one of those coal-mining helmets with the flashlight, but a camera instead of the flashlight. We'd see everything from the Ix POV. The show would be a ****ing hit.

Okay, so I'm on the second episode of Season 4 now. I really enjoyed the second half of Season 3 (the escape from Sona), but Season 4 seems more like detective work now.

I'm hoping for a solid ending, but I hear bad things about it... then again, I liked the ending of Lost but most people disagree with me.

But yeah, I'd agree... Season 1 has been the best. It definitely delivered the main premise of the show.
