Smith pounded the ice after that last PP goal. Tantrum confirmation.

I have a feeling we'll see some hats on the ice tonight. I hope the Yotes stay in Phoenix, it's nice having two home arenas.

Well done guys. Looks like a totally different team. Should be the cup favorites if you keep it up.

Doan is a tool. Just runs his mouth then needed to be pursued last offseason before staying. In Phoenix. I don't know why people ever bust a nut over that guy. Never liked him.

Kaner's ice vision is just getting better and better. I remember arguing with people who said that he had reached his potential last year and the year before.

My point was that the game would continue to slow down for him and then - WATCH THE **** OUT!

I was right and yes, I want a cookie. That pass to Bolland was incredible. The lane he got it through while looking in a different direction...

Then there was the behind the back OT winner to Hossa earlier and a similar play a few games later that Hossa couldn't finish.

This is fun to watch.

Did you see the flex Bollie got Ohio stick on that shot? Smith had no chance.

Hate to be "that guy" but this game is far from over.
Let's hope the Hawks don't get complacent.

You know Phoenix will get some PP's after that period.

He pretty much shot and holstered his stick in one motion too.

I am jealous of your guys' offensive talent.

So we got to see Torres bleed and Smith let in 4 goals in one period. I have to admit I didn't expect this, but I like it.

Yeah, I was a little worried they'd get away from their game and go after Torres a bit too much... but man, what a period, oh man.
