Great actress, beautiful, seems very genuine and awesome in her interviews. Is there any better young actress at the moment? Could she be a Hollywood staple for the next foreseeable future?

I think she's innocent and in way over her head with the hollywood thing, which I think is a very endearing quality to have for a star. Similar to Taylor Swift before her popularity really exploded.
I saw the Hunger Games and thought it was a tolerable movie, considering I was dragged there by the bride. I didn't think there was anything particularly amazing about the movie, or anyone's performance, it was just very average. Let's put it this way, if they make another one I won't complain if my wife asks me to go see it, like I did with Twilight.
She isn't recognized in the media for her best role in probably the best movie she will ever be in which is a shame.
Happens to lots of actresses. Kristen Stewart is another. She's excellent in some non-mainstream roles.
On that note, I haven't seen Jennifer Lawrence in much. But I did see her in a movie a few days ago and she was ridiculously annoying. Worse than Kristen Stewart in Twilight annoying.

Then again, I'm a huge Elisabeth Shue fan, and she's equally as annoying.
For some reason which I dont get, it seems to be chic for people to be ripping on her on the internet and I dont get it.
I think she is the best young actress out there now. I remeber seeing her in a little film The Poker House where she was the older sister growing up in a troubled house where she was phenomenal and Ive liked her ever since.
She was great as Mystique in the X-Men First class movie.
I still havent gotten around to see SIlver Ling s Playbook yet, probably wont til its on video too busy with work now.
And when interviewed she seems as down to earth as can be. Hopefully Hollywood doesnt change her.

She was spectacular in Winter's Bone. Loved her in Silver Linings as well. But I think her "hotness" is a little overrated. Not to say she isn't hot, just overrated.

Outside a minute or two here and there when channel surfing never watched the Twilight Movies, but I wont rip on them, I am just not that film series' target demo. But I wished she had never done them, its kind of took some of the lustre off her career for me.

IMO, she was one of the bad things. Maybe not her performance, but the character. She shouldn't have accepted with a character that horrible.

I believe it was filmed before she had her big breakout role in Winter's Bone (which was amazing and probably should've won her an Oscar) so I doubt she had the clout to be turning down roles she didn't like.

If you just want to see her looking hot? Yeah, watch it. She's the lead.
If you want to see a great movie? Nope. It's very predictable and [spoiler]the only somewhat likeable character ends up being bad as well [very predictable though][/spoiler]
