Well lets look at the standings. Yes, hmm, I see. Yes I can confirm that the Blackhawks are playing better than any other team right now.

They're not that good. Mike Smith will pitch a shutout tonight.

The other teams will expose them for who they really are.

The top players are playing very, very well but that team is lacking in size

The gameplan against the Hawks should be to grind them out

We'll see if they can keep it up. Hossa is a beast, love the guy

Gutted their depth?

Dubinsky + Anisimov

Nash

We upgraded Dubinsky to Nash. Parted ways with AA.

That's not exactly 'gutting'.
Also lost Prust to Free Agency, between Prust Dubi an Artey, that's quite a bit of secondary scoring.

Hawks are not best team in league as far as how they have played on ice. They still have many issues to go along with what they are doing right

But it is impressive they have managed to go 8-0-2 with 8 of those games on road (6-0-2 on road). I was one of those terrified a bad start to year on raod could sink them

Its also helped that Crawford has looked like an NHL netminder again like 2010-11

And here I thought having 5 wins in a row meant something, apparently it doesn't mean a thing when you have the longest winning streak at the moment.

Not when a team has yet to lose a game in regulation since the season started(11 games). Not to mention that team has played 9 of those games on the road.
