NHL Center Ice Broadcast Choice

How does the NHL decide which team broadcast to use? I always thought it was the home team's, but for most Rangers games this year, it's been the other team's, whether they are home or away.

It's up to the actual carrier. Center Ice broadcasts all of the HD feeds available (Local networks and the Flyers broadcast are typically not available).

Comcast for me suuuucks at giving HD games. There's 2 HD channels to go along with 10 SD ones and they're never using both HD ones it seems.
