He should have been more aggressive, but eh, what can you do? Nemo got no help from his team putting the puck in the net, anyway.

Game was boring. Not much to say except we lost and I hate Mike Smith.

Best game they have played in awhile. The Sharks outplayed the Coyotes this game. Yet another reason I hate the shootout.

Then Nemo should just practice that with Ryane Clowe, whom I wanted in the shootout over Sheppard

If they lose to Columbus I would seriously consider firing TM.

I don't understand why our captains don't demand the coach to play them in the S/O (minus handzus). If I was captain I'd want to win or die on my own sword.

Well if the Blues win the Sharks retake the division lead. That's something to look forward to tonight, I guess.

Thornton would pass the puck to Niemi on the shootout instead of shooting it.

Jeez, because they blow in shootouts and shouldn't demand to be in the shootout because there are people on the team who are actually kinda good at it?

Seriously, why can't a single goalie stop Vrbata's backhand move? Everyone knows he's gonna make it.

I suppose that's a good point. My bromance with thornton has compromised my ability to trust sheppard in the S/O

Sharks dominated this game from a possession standpoint, but they need to think up a new strategy against this type of team because whatever they're doing isn't working.

Out of the Top-6, I think it's just Marleau and Thornton who aren't that great in the shoot-outs. But, as I said earlier, I had no problems with the choices.

I'm pretty sure only masochists and people with both Niemi and Smith on their fantasy team enjoyed that game.

This wasn't as bad as the buffalo game at HP last year was it? Remember that 0-1 loss? I had to witness that in person, ugh.

Seriously....wtf is wrong with the Sharks' offense? Our defense is still solid and got even better with Burns back and Nemo is still solid but our offense needs to get it going.

Because I thought they would give up the goal in the final moments of the 3rd.

It's not like they put Burish or Vlasic in the SO. Sheppard was a top 10 pick who does possess some skill. Give the man some respect.

Anyone remember the lines that were used? Clowe on the 1st again?
