So will this game go on? Sad to say I couldn't stomach the last game and didn't even watch it after the first.

Hopefully, with Bailey AND Viz on the ice, we will play a little better.

We are due for a win...most likely an OT or shootout win.

I expect that both Bailey and Vis will be rusty and will get limited minutes. As Jaques Demers used to say "there is good shape and there is game shape". Vis and Bails will not be in game shape, but they can contribute and be sheltered if they are used correctly i.e. short shifts.

Well...I think Vis is alright since playing for his KHL team. He had a few weeks off, but that shouldnt affect his play that much. Bails, may not be in tune just yet, but there is still chemistry.

Nice job TP.

Time to rattle the Sabres.

If Vis really wants to endear himself to Isles fans he should probably punch Erhoff right off the opening face off.

How's it looking down on LI? I'm in Albany we didn't get hit to hard? Are people going to be able to make it out to the game tonight?

Nassau mostly didn't get hit hard; Suffilk got pummeled - LIE and Sunrise still closed out there. I'd expect a very small crowd.

Suffolk got smacked, like sickofit says. I'm on the North Shore in Nassau, and we got just about two feet up here.

We usually do good against Buffalo. Atleast I keep thinking of Grabners hat trick. But I say we get a W tonight. We played tough teams the past three games. Vis and Bailey will help out a good amount. I'm going with a 4-2 W for the Islanders.

Goals from Grabner, Tavares, Hamonic, and Vis

It's truly a disgrace they're dressing Reasoner over Cizikas. Cizikas works his ass off every shift and is a high-energy player, yet the coaching staff is unwilling to reward hard work.

Reasoner was good... for that one game. A shame he has been such a bust. On paper, it was a good signing for Snow.

I know I won't hold it against you guys if you just "mail it in" on the a few GDTs.
Besides for John Tavares, our GDTs are the best thing this organization has going for it.

Sorry for the random post here, wasn't too sure where to put it but since scratches and goalies have yet to be announced, did anyone read about Crosby calling out Isles fans saying we have a "lack of class" after he was cheered after his injury? Guy's a scum. This comes from the same organization who laughed at DP after he got his face broken.

Wait so there are other teams on the schedule other than the Devils, Rag$, Penguins and Flyers? What the **** is this?

Not trying to defend her but I think what she said was she wouldnt do it but they paid money for the tickets and can do whatever they want. Somthing to that affect..

I know we have lost 3 in a row and didn't look good doing it but if you told me at the start of the Pitt, Devils, Devils, Pitt and Rag$ part of the schedule that we will go 2-3...I would have taken it.

Just giving you my "the glass is half full" prospective today. Talk to me around 9:30-10pm for the doom and gloom portion if we lose.

He is the least gracious superstar in the history of the league. He should just keep his mouth shut.

With out Carkner in the line-up, Could we see Finley vs. Scott??

We need Reasoner's leadership skills. They are going to mess up Cizikas just like they did with Nino.

i was very dissapointed with some of the comments vs our players in the rangers game day thread. i would really appreciate it if people wouldnt use the gameday threads to vent quite so much frustration.

cheers!

lets go isles!

I don't know if I can make it. About 3 ft of snow where I live, higher amounts in snow drifts. No roads plowed yet, and my dad tells me 347 is a war zone with stalled cars and what not.

Might just make some hot cocoa and stay home.
