HF: I mentioned Bobby Clarke a few moments ago, he paid you quite the compliment at the World Junior tournament during an interview on TSN when he compared you to Doug Gilmour.

MR: Anytime that you are mentioned in the same breath as Doug Gilmour, it is a thrill.
Mike will need to learn that that sentence only applies with words like "speared," "elbowed in the face," or "kicked the living crap out of," with Richards name first.

Doug Gilmour is a Leaf. Being compared to a Leaf is a no no. Unless he's causing Gilmour bodily harm or something, I'd rather not see him in the same sentence as Gilmour.

And no I'm not being serious.

Doug Gilmour was also a Blue and a Flame, nothing wrong with that, eh?

I kinda think of him as a Devil, I just remember more games with him in red for some reason. Just as bad from a Flyers perspective, but sure to PO a couple Leaf fans.

A Devil AND a Leaf. Even more reason to drive him into the glass. Man, we need hockey to comeback so we can do some good trash talking.

April just won't be the same this year with watching the Flyers eliminate the Leafs.

However, watching it again and again on tape does give me the warm fuzzies every time. Ah, memories. I may have to pop it in this weekend.

How great was Primeau last spring? I really thought we were gonna ride his playoff performance to the Cup. . . Oh well.

P.S. I will miss Recchi, too.
