Add Darius Rusnak.

I see next tier as: Visnovsky, A. Stastny, Stumpel, Ciger, Pasek, Tajcnár in no specific order.

Especially A. Stastny, Stumpel, Visnovsky and Ciger should not wait long, their NHL resume is impressive in all cases.
