Konopka knees Roman Josi - question?

Tonight, Zenon Konopka very blatanly puts his knee out and takes down Josi. The call was tripping somehow and Yip came over and shoved Konopka down and the reult was offsetting minors. My question is what is a kneeing penalty? Is it just a minor? Major? Ejection? I really don't remember, been forever since I seen it called and it should've been called tonight. If anyone has a vid (I do not) that would be helpful.

Kneeing can be called in any manor: minor, major, or match.
