This is going to be an epic PGT hah.

The Leafs schooled us. We are too small up front. Not physical enough on the back end.

Hopefully Bergevin realizes the dire situation and corrects it.

And the Habs view the Leafs as just another team that they have no real rivalry with.

And they keep losing winnable games as a result. Year after year. Time and time again.

For all the size and smurf comments, little Gallagher was our best player tonight. He was getting under the Leafs skin big time, he was constantly crashing the net, taking abuse and coming back for more and he even fought.

Eller - 47%
Galchenyuk - 33%
Desharnais - 31%
Plekanec - 21%

Pretty laugh-out-loud game, but I'm not going to get worried yet. 6-4-1 is much better than I thought we'd start the season with. Can't complain. And although 3 straight losses hurt, everyone will be seeing rainbows again in a week if we win 2 or 3 straight.

On a side note, Grabovski needs to be suspended.

leafs fan saying...well...I can't call it a GG, I can just say I hope it's the sign of a much more intense rivalry to come.

noticed gallager and galchenyuk for sure.

is kaberle injured? was wondering why he didn't play.

Just thought this was appropriate

We weren't going to win the Cup one season after finishing last in the east. As Bergevin said, It won't always be nice this season. Its a work in progress. Learn from our mistakes, tear this page out of the notebook and move on. Take a deep breathe of air, go drink a glass of water and move on

If anything, probably will just get a fine, as the new CBA doesn't have the 2000$ limit anymore

Oh c'mon we can be angry we lost but wtf with the softness comments in here. Our pride was hurt because they score 6 more goals than our team, not because some jackasses went crazy on our players. The leafs are not Stanley Cup contenders because they have mclaren and colton orr god dammit.

This game felt a bit like the Boston beatdown, this might lauch us on a long losing streak. This team will have lost all confidence it had built at the beginning of the season.

Desharnais to the press box. No idea what's up with Moen.

What an atrocious night for everyone (Eller, Prust, and Gallager aside).

For all the talk about toughness..The Leafs didn't start taking liberties until it was already a blowout. The Leafs didn't show toughness, they showed the same cheap dirtbag play that characterized Caryle's Ducks team, with less talent.

The problem with this team is it's not good. Desharnais, Cole and Pacioretty is useless when it's not getting spoonfed offensive zone starts. Gionta is a headless chicken. Our brilliant coach uses FRANCIS BOULLION on the power play.

If I would have been on the bench when Gorges was getting beat, I would have jumped on the ice to defend him. So what if I get suspended.

leaf fans are not gonna let this one go for a while.....the only way to redeem ourselves is to win the next meeting..i have watched all the games...and it seems to me that MT has lost control of this group slowly each game....I can't blame him tho at all, there is just no effort and COLE IS ****ING USELESS!!! He does the same thing every game, gets the puck crosses the blue line and crashes behind the net, i swear I have seen him do that 40 times already...they dont have that jump they had in the beginning of the season..only the gallys and prust have shown effort, and subban to some extent...the others are dead weight pylon meat bags..

Never underestimate the impact of tho heartbraking losses this week against Boston and Buffalo.

Every time that happens the Habs are badly beaten on the following game.

This team wilo now play more often on the road than at home. They better wake up, and I am sure Therrien or Bergevin won't accept that type of showing anymore.

Bourque was splitting up a fight and got suckered. Moen and Armstrong ought to be ashamed though, Army especially looks like he's still injured or mending - he's been downright detrimental in every facet.

Moen's been invisible. Cole's been misfiring. Pacioretty's been tentative (injured?). DD's been atrocious, disgusting, awful. Gionta's been a steaming pile of turds.

I really want Gio off this team, and I'm not one to clamor for a trade after a loss. He clearly doesn't fit on this team or MT's style, it's just hurting the team and we need a fresh start badly.
