Hamonic and Amac need to be on their game tonight in order to get the W. Will be a tough game for sure.

Another huge game. Curious to see the lines tonight. I'd like to see JJ get in there, but not at the expense of Lee. But JJ for Lee makes the most sense.

Why would you ever want JJ in for Lee? What did JJ ever prove when he was with the big club in the last 5 years? The answer is nothing. Sure he went overseas and played well, put him down in Bpt. see if he can replicate his effort post injury and IF he does then we find a spot for him. But right now Lee played a great game considering he was playing college a week ago and had one practice with the team. He scored a friggan goal, our 4th line scored a goal. Keep that line in tact until they prove otherwise.....

I just hope these guys are not worrying about other teams games like the Rangers game last night. It's just going to put more pressure on them. Just worry about what they have control of. Like beating the caps tonight and getting 2 points.

I really wanted to go to this game but if they make the playoffs, I will put any money and effort I have into making a playoff game at the Coliseum. Never been able to experience it and may be the last chance I get.

The Islanders aren't home.

I don't want to see JJ unless someone gets hurt. Ullstrom should be first in, than JJ, then any of us, then Reasoner.

JJ improved a lot. The knock on him was that he was playing the game like he was a foot shorter. He revamped his game completely - agitating, hitting, playing hard and scoring. He would be instant upgrade over Aucoin in my opinion.

C'mon Isles. Put some space between yourselves and the Rangers/Devils.

I'd like to have the isles put pressure on the Sens and Leafs who are each 5 pts ahead of them.

Let's go Islanders

This guy gets it

We have to keep rolling, we need to get points in literally every game. I think the boys are playing with confidence lately, and we have been good on the road and against the Caps in particular. I think New Jersey will be the team to fall out of the race, they are in trouble without Kovy (who eats a lot of ice time and is obviously their best player) right now and mediocre play. I wish the Rangers would fall out, but they have too much talent to be missing the playoffs. Regardless of who is where, this team just needs to keep focusing game to game and pulling out wins.

THIS^ Stump, I do the same thing. its logistically hard and expensive to get up to the Coli for me. But, like you I will make the trek up to the Coli for the playoffs, fingers crossed. Last playoff game I went to was game 3 v. Buffalo, I think the Isles lost 3-2. The my old crappy bmw blew up in the parking lot. I had to go 15 mph down the Southern State to get to Rallye BMW and drop a mill on repairs. Hence, that car has been trashed. On top of that, an old buddy took a flight back to DC as he needed to get back for work, and I was stuck in the dealership all day talking to myself then had to drive back alone and down a mill in the bank account...

That is a good group of forwards, the Isles defense is going to have a tough assignment tonight.
