Ullstrom probably takes the RW spot on the Grabner-Aucoin line. Wonder if Finley gets another look after his decent 19 minutes against the Rangers.

Hope we can catch the Devils tired playing back to back nights, but Hedberg will be in and that never goes well for us.

Lovin the Beatles-themed GDT!

I hear if you play the last Devils-Isles game backwards...you hear Butchie chant "DP Retired" over and over at the 8 min mark of the 3rd period.

I was liking what I saw from Finley last game. I also want to see more of Hickey because I was impressed with him. But obviously, with Vis coming in we have no room to play him. If Finley continues his decent play, then we'll have an awesome problem on D.

Don't doubt Jack the Coach. He may scratch MacDonald or Hamonic to get both Hickey and Finley in there.

These next couple games are huge. But it's up to Nabby. He needs to come up big.

Huge next two games. Flyers are very beatable. We have to find a way to get two points. Just have to.

There's a long way to go still during this season, but winning this next one will at least keep us within striking distance of the playoffs. We can't fall too far behind and expect to make it.

I thought Finley played well but the Devils are pretty fast up front. I'd rather see Andrew MacDonald sit one, he's been brutal.

Nice job with the GDT's Trumanperro, thanks!

If capuano does that I will be furious. Finley and hickey are garbage and should not be in the starting lineup. Donovan should really be called up, but why would the Isles do that.

Grabner on the 4th line? That's the way to maximize the potential you have on your line-up Jack! Good start for Grabner = play with Okposo and then the reward = 4th line!
And please Jack, keep Okposo in the top 6! Please! Don't ever change that! And you know why? Because the effort is there!

Best of luck to you, my brothers from another mother. Hope that whoever wins, it's not in regulation.

The isles got off to a lousy start against the Rangers.

Let's hope the isles come with a better start against NJ. I do not want to see them fall behind early and the Devils trapping most of the game.

When the heck will Okposo start scoring

Let's go Islanders

Well Fayne's out of the lineup tonight and Tallinder's in for us, otherwise he's got ours right.

I wake up this morning and turn on HGTV. The FIRST thing I hear is "SOMEBODY LEFT THE GATE OOOOOPEN!" That's a good sign, it means.......

Islanders - 9
Diablos - 1

Nabakov said it best in his post game interview from the Rangers game, that win at the Garden will mean NOTHING if they can't build upon it. These next few games, which are very winnable, will tell if this team has truly woken up after that horrid losing streak.

I was watchin the devs game last night hoping it would be a close one, which it was, so hopefully the devs will be tired. With that and Hedberg starting we have a decent chance to win this game. We havent looked bad recently just got pretty unlucky our last two losses
