Am I the only one who's noticed an increase in pick up/drop in since lockout ended?

Excuse the grammar, but I ran out of room.
This for sure has happened around where I live.
I mean, do you really need the NHL, to make you go out and lace them?
Just plain weird.
I mean, did participation in pick up hoops, decline, when the NBA locked out last year.
Before you just say it is just Seattle thing, well, I heard people say the same thing around Vancouver.

It's gone down where I live, go to shinny every weekend at least before my actual games, and it's mostly just my friends and I, with a couple strangers.
