We need regular players that can fight/hit for sure. Heavyweights? not really.

We need some Thornton, Ference, Boychuck, Chara, Lucic etc

Bordeleau for a calgarys third? Why not. Guy is a beast, young, 6"6, strong, actually reminds me of lucic

Yes Thornton, Lucic and Chara aren't heavyweights...

Could have had Kassian and McGrattan for free. Both guys would have been very welcome last night. Thornton running dirty at Subban all night should have been addressed. McQuaid abusing Eller and Gallagher shouldn't be going unpunished.

In a 7 game series, if we play the Bruins, with the refs putting the whistles away... It won't be pretty.

Bordeleau would be perfect.

BTW, he's quite fast for a big man and he throws mean hits. He isn't a liability on the ice.

Parros is anything but a bad fighter!

This year versus John Scott (arguably the king of all Goons)

You are telling me you wouldn't want this guy on our team?

It would've been nice if we got Tom Sestito who can chip in with the odd goal and would fight almost anyone, Armstrong has been better lately but I'd rather have a heavyweight against Boston/Toronto to keep retards like Thornton/Lucic/Campbell from pulling ****.
The only reason Prust fought Lucic last night was to prevent Eller from getting killed by McQuaid. I hope Eller at least bought Prust dinner last night.

We of course make a claim for the guy who gets ragdolled between the two. The 6ft5 Kostopoulos.

Brown is a decent fighter who can follow the pace.

More teams are getting tougher while we are shrinking in size.

I think Scott is currently at the head of the class when it comes to tough guys in the league. But that is my opinion.

Bottom Line, Parros would be an awesome addition to this team, once again IMO.

The Habs don't need a heavyweight but it would certainly help for regular season games against Boston and Toronto. But if they get a heavy, make sure that he is a legit heavy and won't get killed against Orr, McClaren, etc.

We won't need a heavy for the playoffs because teams have to be more disciplined and can't goon it up as much.

The other reason we should get a heavy is to take some pressure off of Prust who will get worn out quickly. We did sign him to a 4 year deal and lets at least give him a chance to see the end of that contract.

I wouldn't mind Bordeleau and he was on waivers at the beginning of the year so he shouldn't cost too much. At worst, trade for MacIntyre and just double shift a forward who is playing well on a particular night for most of the 4th line shifts.

Is Parros available and what would he cost? I think he would be very useful against teams that drop the gloves (Boston, Toronto etc)

I'd slot him in Moen or Armstrong's spot and would probably become an instant fan fav. Plus his moustache is golden.

in 5 fights this year, is only win is again Thornton. Why do you think is ahead of guys like Mcgrattan and Orr? I put him in the same categorie as Bordeleau, Parros, Mclaren, Reaves, Carkner, Westgarth,etc...... he's the biggest but the best? not at all

We need someone that will go out there and f***ing stop goons like Thornton from giving dirty hits from behind to our Subban.

WHAT THE ******* IS MANAGEMENT WAITING FOR?????
(I'm not talking about prevention...I'm talking about F***ING UP THORNTON so he leaves Subban alone).

And I want someone to finally once and for all to majorly ******* UP big time this F***ing Chara once and for all (didn't like him going after our Emelin). Emelin should put his face-guard back on...gotta protect that jaw made out of metal.

Chris Stewart or Ryan Clowe in our top 6 or 9 + Patrick Bordeleau on our fourth line = Perfect Scenario.

That would solve our toughness trouble.

I would trade Ryder right now to SJ for Clowe. And I would get a couple of real tough 4th liners to replace Moen and Armstrong.
