I find this extra 2 minutes absolute BS.

Steeg was rattled about a borderline hit, he comes out next shift and takes matters into his own hands.

Why can't players settle things on their own any more?

I can see if its third man in, but this situation I don't see anything wrong.

Kopechy got caught fishing for the puck in the neutral zone, lead to that goal.

He came out of his net 10 feet for what? If he would've stayed in the crease he would've saved that puck.

That was a completely broken play. The skaters actually did a great job there. Just a bad bounce right to Ribero. The only horrible thing there was whatever Clemmensen did. He came out of the net, slid right past Ribero and left his entire stick side open.

It was tied down, which is why his shoulder pads and jersey were both coming off at the same time.

Exactly. His style wasn't pretty on that save attempt but not his fault.

Ribiero shoots the puck four feet away from Clemmer after a funny bounce and people blame clemmer. LOL

That was knuckle puck. Not going to save that. Ribiero is four feet away after a funny bounce, the puck lands on his stick. BLAME CLEMMER!!!

How? Why was he out of the net? He was at least six feet out of the paint and for what reason with the puck that close in? And then he slides right past the guy who ends up with the puck. That was awful.

Clemm definitely over-committed coming across the crease. Lucky shot though regardless.

I agree but that was an excellent scoring chance. His style looked horrendous and I'm sure better goalies can make that save but that was a VERY fortunate bounce.

Bad luck regardless but just awful positioning by Clem to be that far out of the net and over-commit to the glove side.

******** penalty. Apparently the overrated diva can't be touched.

Versteeg basically shoved him from behind and then Ovechkin instigated the fight.

And the goal was not Clemmensen's fault. Geez...

Its that what goalies do? Challenge the shooter when they know a shot it coming?

Shot just happened to be a change-up knuchke-puck into the very top corner of the net.
