Joonas Nattinen

for

Tyler Pitlick

Just a minor trade, I'd offer a 7th from the habs in addition to Nattinen max

I honesty do not see why the Oilers would do this. Pitlick has been up and down in this time in OKC. He was one of the Baron's top players in last year's playoffs but his production has not been what was expected. Still he has a lot of qualities that the Oilers like. In particualr he is a very good skater who hits very hard. He also has a good shot. He could still be a solid NHL'er, though in the bottom six and on the wing rather than in the middle.

A scouting report on Nattinen would be nice.

6'2 centre. He did well last year points wise. He can be physical and win faceoffs. Needs to improve, or be on a pretty ****** NHL team in order to make it.

Oilers pass.

Both Pitlick and Naatinen would never make their respective rosters after the trade. They wouldn't make it now or into the future. The Habs have too many d-men / young dmen in front of him. If anything it would be a depth move for the Bulldogs which i could see.

lolwut?

Pitlick is a 6'2 centre. He has more offensive upside than Nattinen.

Oilers pass. I still think Pitlick could be a player.

Still hoping he can turn out to be an NHL contributor for the Oil. Little dissapointed with his totals so far but its still early in his career and I'd give him a few more years before I'd give up on him. As mentioned above good skatet, hard shot could still play at centre or wing.
