Tomáš Tatar's goal...
was absolutely filthy... tough goal to score at ANY level of hockey, and it doesn't matter who he scored it on. easily one of the slickest i've seen so far this year.
i've never started a thread like this before, but i was impressed.

When I was a kid, I went out and played in the mud. By the time I was done, I was absolutely filthy.

Nifty backhand, no panic with that move.

Nice goal, but I wouldn't really call it thread worthy, was a dangle and the goalie bit.

Is there really a thread every time someone scores a good goal?
Nice move and backhand, but this should be in the Red Wings section.

Nice goal. I've been a huge fan of his kid since the WJC.

This -- I was expecting something awesome, that was only nice. Can't go making threads on every nice goal out there!

Has a bright future. Reminds me of the next Sergei Fedorov.

too bad there's no room for him in the top six
kind of hard to compete with extremely talented players like Dan Cleary and Justin Abdelkader

nowhere near "absolutely filthy," clearly you don't watch much hockey.

Sick hands on the kid, not sure why he's in the bottom six while Cleary takes his spot in the top six.

Abdelkader is in the top-6 for now too.

Nice goal, he has amazing hands.
Feel bad thats how Allen's first 5 minutes of his first NHL start went though.

Thankfully he faced 6 shots in the last 45 minutes.

Don't start this thread if a Red Wings player is the one scoring. It seems it is always mediocre/average.
He'll be sent down anyways.

It is MADDENING that Babs limited a dynamic player like him to 12:00 of ice time tonight while he is obviously starting to get comfortable playing in this league, just so that Babs' boys Cleary and Abdelkader could make put on a clown show in the top six.

And still he's stuck on the 4th line while Cleary the scrub is getting tons of ice time, Cleary barely deserves to be on the third line, let alone the first.
Babcock is screwed in the head.
