To affirm the results and strengthen its case, MLB asked the World Anti-Doping Agency lab in Montreal, which conducts its testing, to perform a secondary test to determine whether the testosterone spike resulted from natural variations within Braun's body or from an artificial source. The test indicated the testosterone was exogenous, meaning it came from outside his body.

Huge bombshell. Not looking good for Braun. Key word being exogenous. Not just high levels of testosterone.

I'd say the source ESPN has is pretty darn reliable, given the comments they've gotten from a representative for Braun.

You don't issue a statement like the rep did if there was nothing to it.

Was absolutely stunned when I heard this. I am also hoping there is more to this. I tend to think it was unintentional......he ate something or took some medication/supplement he thought was ok.
