Opens up your air passageways. Better breathing means more oxygen, energy, and better endurance / cardio. More oxygen means better blood flow to the brain. More blood flow to the brain means more focus.
How often can you use it? And is it dangerous if you would use it daily for instance? I'm just curious, I've never tried it or anything. And it's always good to know all there is to know about it. I'd like to try some before a test or something to see the impact it'd have on me lol!
And they're actually called smelling salts....I'll always remember them as the first thing a trainer uses with a player (in any sport) that just got knocked out. Doesn't respond to smelling salts? He's out cold.
Used it on my travel hockey team before games.. It's basically the worst "smelling" thing you can ever imagine. And i put that in quotations because it doesnt smell like anything. It basically burns the **** out of your nose and sinuses. Wakes you up.
