No not at all. Im just glad he's on our team after reading that! Respect has been lost on another player. I guess I hold these guys in to high of a regard.

I like that cocktail he would drink before a game.

the former Montreal Canadien would chase down tablets of Pseudoephedrine with multiple cups of coffee.

Sounds healthy......

Maybe they can get Congress to hold some hearings about a drug policy and settle the labor dispute while they're at it...

Just a warning on this thread. Nobody has done it yet, but

12) Libel: Any posts libeling players, prospects, or hockey personnel. It's not acceptable to post that you heard Player X has a drinking/drug/sex/personal problem from a "good" source. What shocked me most in recent years however is how WADA let Mattias Öhlund of the nucks play for sweden in the olympics...

As a person who has handled libel cases, keep in mind that truth is a defense. So while HF may or may not "allow" your post, if it's true (and you can prove it), it's not libel.

So if someone says Cechmanek is the worst goalie in California (including me)....well, truth is your defense so it's not libel.

I think Frederic Chabot can put up a good case of being the worst goalies in California. But hey, since Brian Hayward is still alive... and he did play for the Sharks...

Is it libel if I say this guy has one of the worst names in the world... particularly if he's the "head" of ANYTHING, no less comment about "performance-enhancing drugs?"

So many connotations, so little time.

If I were him I would have changed my name when I was, oh, I dunno, 2. I'd take any other name, including Osama.

And I hope you know I really didn't think it was libel

So if he was the father of Andrew Sande of the Bracknell Bees of the BNL and he got busted, we could say: WAA Head Dick Pound's Sande...
