Not that he's been close the level he used to be when he basically shut out the Wild during the Conference Finals series years ago, but I still get shivers when I hear Giguere's name.

I think I'm happy that first line is going back to the original one. It might motivate Heatley to actually skate again. I think they tweaked it when the second line (namely Seto) wasn't producing. Now that he has produced and that line seems to be more capable (did I just say that?) the thought is to get back to that strong first line and hope Seto and Brodziak can carry that second line as well.

If the Wild don't win this by more than two goals then well I don't know but they really should win this by more than two goals.

Wait a minute, women & people generally actually take Valentine's Day somewhat seriously in North America? In Finland it literally translates to "Friend's Day", and it's more about just paying attention to your friends and close ones etc.

In America, it's sort of like you described up through, say, middle school (early teen years), but once you get much older than that it's very much about romance and intimacy.

That's the way it should be. I find Valentine's Day to be nothing more than a money making holiday. Not a fan.

I dunno. Yes it's a bit contrived, but there's nothing wrong with having a nice excuse to splurge on a romantic evening.

What I hate is how hard it is on single people who are not happy being single so they are very depressed on this holiday. I feel very badly for those people. Tonight, my boyfriend and I are ordering take out and watching the Wild. That's romantic enough for me. lol But yes, I can see why it can be a special night depending on your situation. I just feel sorry for those who really take this holiday seriously, are single and literally suffer from depression as a result. It sucks. So it can be a happy or terribly depressing event.

How do we feel about standing in the crease desperately whacking the puck into his pads repeatedly?

I honestly doubt JS can do everything especially with his D in front of him.

Wild should score 2+ goals tonight.

Wild scores 8 goals. I have no idea how many Colorado scores though so it might not be a win.
