I'm sorry but I don't buy the missed calls/ref conspiracy thing as a reason for us failing to score or win games. This team needs to put the damn puck in the net, period. The team has had a hard time doing that for season after season after season. In other words I am saying we shouldn't have to live and die by a missed call or a no call.

Don't worry guys, we are just padding our OT losses right now. We are getting back to the formula that got us in to the playoffs last year.

Completely agree. Kulikov had his man covered yet he felt the need to also cover him. Granted was hoping Kulikov could swat that puck away before it got tossed into the crease, but what can you do I guess.

Soup hasn't been good this season, flat out. Difference between him last season and this season is pretty big.

Typically with money.

But in all seriousness, ask the Lightning. We had the same problem in our game against them.

I agree. He's been about 80% of what he was last season.

I think he was just asking an honest but maybe not the most well thought-out question. I don't think it was a dig at the team.

What a shame to lose that game with a non-call on the trip on Hubderdeau when Theodore played an absolutely outstanding game. I thought it was a pretty decent effort overall. Sure, we could have gotten more offense in the 1st & 2nd period, but just a horrible way to lose this way.

Well the pay off has sucked so far, Montreal has the highest PIM per game in the league.

it should of been a call but this doesn't mean you lost the game because of it, you could of easily not scored

At least I picked up Jose Theodore last night in fantasy and also have Carey Price, so yay goaltending stats!

By the way, it's pretty fitting that Filip Kuba, Alex Kovalev, and Scott Clemmensen are all on the same team right now. Seriously, why is Kovalev still on this team? He sucks so much. Does he even give a ****?

Really? You are blaming the loss on the non call on Huberdeau? Pathetic.

..................WHY?............WHY?............ ....Why after 62mins of hockey do we have to lose that way? All the bounces never go our way, we hit the post 2mins into the game. Refs blow a call on Huberdeau and Flash. Flash breaks his stick, puck bounces over Campbell's stick. Man oh man, it's painful to watch sometimes.

There's no way if Clemmensen was in net we even got to OT tonight. Theo played amazing.

One final question though, If we don't salvage a respectful season, does Theo even want to re-sign here??

Why are all you Habs fans here? Go back to your board and discuss how all of your players sucked and Theodore deserved no credit tonight. A lot of you were doing a good job of that on your GDT.

This is why I would pick MacKinnon over Jones. We need offense offense offense. We need somebody who can bust through a defensive team like this. Like what other teams do to us, ala the last game and this one.

You're not saying this if we get the powerplay and score. A 4-on-3 PP is difficult to stop. It was blatant. Why are you talking as though we were badly outplayed tonight?

You're right. Not the only reason for the loss. Kulikov let the Habs go right around him for the goal. I think we're just mad overall because a penalty would have possibly made things differently.

Our defense has also sucked all year. More than our offense, in fact.

Kulikov recovered enough. Campbell overplayed and tried to do too much, leaving the front of the net open. No need for soupy to do what he did.

Two penalties, not one. Both were obvious trips.

Really liking Mueller, hes becoming one of favorites out there I didn't like the signing at first as I thought he was scrambled eggs but not the case at all. Good job Tallon!
