I honestly think he's going to turn into something special. I'm just thinking he's a late bloomer.
It's really subtle, but what I've notice about Burmistrov is that he is making these sweet, high skilled moves again, but the difference between this year and last year is, he's not doing them in high risk situations, and he doesn't get caught doing them.
He has built up a great defensive base, and his offensive game looks like it's starting to wake up. I am pretty excited about him.
That's not true... that's not the only game we outplayed in my mind...
I emphasize thoroughly. Come up with some other games where we really took it to the other teams. Was it the 8-3 loss in Tampa or the 6-3 loss in Florida. I might give you the shootout loss in Beantown. But even then, we were lucky to get a point as we fell apart late as usual.
