He signed a contract with HIFK in the SM-liiga, played eight games, and was released.
He's been without a contract for three months now.

Saw him play for HIFK in the European Trophy game against Frolunda in October. He looked horrible and seemed really disinterested. Went around slashing opponents and then coasted to the bench.

Sounds about right. Million dollar talent and a bargain bin attitude.

Man I remember when he was in Manchester. Many thought he had "turned the corner" in his career after a rough start. At times he played really well for the Monarchs. Sad to see a kid with that much talent go to waste.

He's probably drunk somewhere rotting in a ditch..... He was a complete nutjob. His time in Portland was just absolutely abysmal. He was fighting with his teammates, the coaches and then giving a half-*** effort on the ice. He's the most useless player I've ever met.
