Wait, so Cam Ward is out 8 weeks and Jose Threeormore is out for the season? Every time I play hockey and miss the night's action some crazy **** goes down.

Does anyone want to win the SE this year? Reminds me of the NFC West a few seasons back when a 7-9 Seahawks team became the first team in the NFL to make the play-offs with a losing record. Brutal.

The Ribeiro trade sounds like it working out to be a win-win.

In the past, GMGM has been hammered for "protecting his nuts" and not picking up a 2C. He finally moves a prospect and a pick to get a 2C and it sounds like some people are unhappy about that now too. The guy can't win.

Nice, finally we have something else to file with the Perreault-Semin ESP mathwork.

Wonder how Backstrom and Fleischmann compare.

Fleischmann-Eakin-Perreault.

The REAL SOB line. Damn you McPhee!

Yep, that's when Marshawn Lynch went Beast Mode.

I can see it now; Caps vs Canadiens in the ECF. Ovechkin would be the most hated player in Canadian history if he led the Caps over a team from Canada in the ECF. Then hopefully they'd beat the Canucks in the SCF and Hockey Night in Canada would cease to exist.

A man can dream, right?

Kaleta gets ****ing 5 games for tapping Richards on the back.

Mark Stuart gets a fine though elbowing and driving MoJo's head into the boards while not even having the puck.

Surprised no one mentioned Miller robbing Semin on a 2-on-0 breakaway.

Man I'm getting bloody tired of the "Ovi has lost it, Ovi is lazy, Ovi is done, would anyone want Ovi" threads on the main boards.....bunch of hockey experts who rarely watch Ovechkin play patting themselves on the back

Apparently every Hawks player wore #81 for the warm ups for Hossa's 1000th game.

I've always thought it would be awesome if the Caps play the Devils would have every Caps player wear a mirrored visor for the warm ups.
