Winnipeg Hockey Camps for Adults

Greetings all. I was thinking about taking a Hockey Camp this summer. I am 40 Years old, not an all-star but not an ankle burner either. I usually play with friends younger than me and am trying to continue to keep up. My questions are Hockey Camps worth it? Would I be better off just playing summer Hockey? Has anyone had good experiences with say the Rink or Canlan? Any input is helpful and thanks.

Canlan offers some good summer hockey for all levels of play. I have played in many seasons at different levels and always had a good experience.

Hockey camps for adults in my personally opinion are overrated and over priced. Unless you really need to learn to skate you can gain the same experience and skills with more ice time playing summer hockey. Most teams have a few players that are fairly skilled and can probably point you in the right directions.
