BBQ appreciation thread

It's one of my favorite things to do in the summertime.

This is making me hungry.
Discuss.

Why narrow it down to only the summertime?

Covered roof just outside my patio doors, can BBQ 365 if I want to.

It was down to 0 near the end of Jan/ beginning of Feb if i remember correctly. Other then that it typically lingers around 20-40 for the winter months.

Edit: I am from Arizona originally, where it doesnt get colder than 70 degrees

Love me some BBQ. Although, I never grill in the winter. hasn't really been all that cold around here the last couple years (well, week here/there), but still just cover up the grill and don't use it again until spring. Broiling things just aint the same.
