Wow did he really say that? That needs more press!!! The saddest yet truest thing of yesterday's post presser was Cappy saying, we basically have no options. This is the team. Wish he had Torts' balls who sits a guy like Brad Richards. Moulson, KO, and AMac need to have a message sent to them. If it was up to me I'd come out in the first period with these lines.
Bailey - JT - Ullstrom
Grabner - Nielsen - McDonald
Martin - Cizikas - Acouin
Moulson - Boyes - KO
Player should still have to earn ice time. I know its one game but 7-0 at home is an embarrassment.
I loved it the other day when the reported asked him if he was annoyed he let in two goals and his response was something like "Annoyed? I let in two goals, am I supposed to be happy?". He is hilarious.
He's already put together a decent list of memorable quotes already. I loved the 'are you a spy?' one, he was so annoyed with that guy. The one about Tavares not being able to score in practice was a classic. If he keeps it up, we may need to start a Nabby quote thread.

And the quotes don't do him justice. Watching his facial expressions and the way he talks in the interview make them that much better.

I love this ****ing guy....Hes no Puppet, and pulls no punches....I hope Snow,Wang, and Cap read these comments. Its so true and it really needed to be said.
Did Cappy not play DP in relief yesterday to (a) avoid any excuses on DPs performance today as he will be well rested, or (b) did not want pull Nabby to rest him to start vs OTT?
It's obvious he has little to no faith in DP and is riding the much better horse in Nabby.
Ullstrom scratched again. Unreal!!! Send him down if you're not going to play him.
Way to add toughness to a team lacking it. Scratch Ullstrom and dress Reasoner give me a break. Neil will have a field day tonight running around throwing hits all night taking runs at our guys.

Boggles my mind. Grabner should be with Nielsen always. That's where he's been most effective.
Everyone, do yourself a favor. When the puck is in the neutral zone or the Isles attack zone, watch as normal.
BUT--
When the play/puck is in the Isles defensive zone, watching nothing else other than DP. Watch his anticipation, reaction, super quick recoup time, and time out of the crease.
Play a drinking game -- every time DP shows himself as a non-capable NHL goalie, take a drink -- or whatever else ya got.
Enjoy every minute of this guy playing, b/c I doubt he'll be playing next year.
The score of the game? Irrelevant. It'll be a loss -- maybe well get a goal or two.
Honestly its not doom or gloom right now. Every loss really hurts because the games mean a lot this season. But honestly we've looked really good minus that last game and I have confidence in this team. They aren't as bad as I thought they were in the beginning. Win today and we are 3 points from 7th in the conference. We are still in the mix and a small winning streak could do wonders here.
