A tap on the wrists with composite gets a player a slashing penalty but Marty can swing his lumber one handed every time a player goes around the net.

I'm surprised players don't start dropping their sticks and shaking their hands.

Lol Deboer had to look at their backs to get their numbers for shootout order.

Considering the number of shootouts the Devils have partaken in during Deboer's tenure, that is somewhat concerning.

Kovy felt insulted that his coach forgot his number, so he missed the net.

Dammit, Fatty gets lucky again.

Gonchar Alfie both looked good today. I suspect one will be honing the Rangers jersey during the playoffs this year.

Sens win. That was a pretty ugly game but the Sens don't look totally horrific without Karlsson and Spezza.

You could see DeBoer turn around and say "What's Kovy?"

Didn't the Devils lead the league in shootouts last year? And doesn't Pete spend half the game looking at the back of Kovalchuk's jersey?

I love it the Devils that everyone here thinks are the greatest since sliced bread lost to a Senators team without probably 4 of its 5 best players.
