I actually laughed out loud at the thought... But I can make mämmi next week if you want. You probably know what it looks like, and as for the Minnesotans in here... Don't spoil the surprise for yourself.

I managed to eat two of the three burgers by the way. They were... ****ing awesome. No, really. I was surprised they turned out to be so good.

Ingredients for the Nordics:

3 Rye Bread Burgers

- 3 rye breads (I used Fazer Puikulat, but Ruispalat or Reissumies are probably just as good)
- 1 Pirkka package of 6 patties (Jauhelihapihvi). Again, I used Pirkka but any other brand is fine too
- 6 slices of Edam cheese (2 per bread)
- 3 tea spoonfuls of herb seasoning (for the patties)
- Hamburger mayonnaise

I also recommend raw onions if you happen to have any. I didn't, but they would fit really well.

I made tuna sandwiches for dinner for me and my girlfriend.

Tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chopped hard boiled eggs, pepper, salt, and a bit of sugar. It's delicious.

EDIT: Also, my eyes have been acting up lately and today they both got super red. If they're still red in the morning I'm going to the doctor. This **** hurts.

I can't even eat pickles on burgers or hotdogs or anything. I just start gagging.

I had two days of school this week. Gotta love exam weeks.

I had a ****ing murder today though. Did both English exams (2nd and 3rd course), including hand-written 300 word essays as well as the course essay (500 words). All within 2 hours, including a smoke break that I casually took between the exams.

I had a 2 day week, too. I would have had school on wednesday and today, too, but my friends were visiting from other cities so I decided to entertain them instead.

Gotta love college freedom.

What is the point of having disc brakes in the front but not on the rear on bikes?

Also, what is better perk, dual disc brakes with just hydraulic shocks in fork or disc just in front with hydraulic shocks in fork and frame? I'm looking at a pair of bikes that are the same price so that has no leverage between the two.

Most of the stopping power, sort of like a car, comes from your front brakes. So having disks on the front sort of reflects that.

In lower range bikes, I'd stay far far away from dual suspension bikes. Too much that can go wrong along the way = more cost down the line. Try to buy the absolute best bike you can possibly afford as it will generally mean lower costs over the life of the bike and less frustration. Also be aware that more moving parts means more maintenance that is required. Really question if you need certain aspects (like suspension/dual suspension) for your intended riding.

Woo! I've had mämmi before!! Isn't it a Christmas time food, or am I getting it mixed up with something else...?
