The province and the Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation announced a program to help disadvantaged kids has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Officials announced Thursday that proceeds from the sale of 27,000 specialty Winnipeg Jets licence plates will go towards registered children’s charities.

Ever since I moved back to Winnipeg, I've wanted a Jets plate.

Does anyone know if the government is going to make more available?

On H & L they said about 100 plates remain at brokers around the city. Try calling around and you could get lucky.
