as of now we can't call up a player and we can't bring back Carcillo from IR.

Bollig has to be send down or Karlsson waived and sent down. If Hossa only misses fridays game and Craw isn't good to go, I think we'll see both, Bollig and Mayers, on the 4th line.

If Carcillo is good to go, I just plug him in for Hossa. Not worth losing the chemistry on all the other lines.

Whoever Martini says isn't ready. He has been so brutally wrong so far about every player evaluation that he has given so I'd say that Stan should call and ask who not to bring up.

Who replaces Hoss?

I think given the Hawks are playing a pretty big team in San Jose that I would bring up Hayes or give it to Carcillo. I wouldn't mind seeing both in the line up, as a matter of fact. I like Morin, but not for this game.

Hawks have shown us twice that San Jose can't deal with their speed. No need to match size. It'll probably just be Carcillo getting thrown in, but I'd prefer Morin get a shot.

I loved Carcillo in the top 6 last season. BUT that was only when he was on a line with Kane and Hossa. Carcillo isn't a top 6 winger. He's a complimentary piece who plays on the top 6. If Morin is ready go with Morin.

Morin has done everything you could ask of him, really like his goal scoring upside and his playing style. It's time.

Give Morin a shot, if Hossa is not okay. But I think Hossa isn't going to miss too much time. I'm trying to be optimistic.

I don't think he will either. The hit wasn't nearly as violent as the one against Phoenix in the playoffs. I'm hoping he was more dazed than anything else.

We've all hit our head pretty bad without getting a concussion, hopefully that is the case here.

I actually hope we give him at least a game off --- especially against a very physical San Jose team. No need to risk things.
