SOME of your posters completely undervalue Seto. That's not my fault, that's yours. These same posters have also shown a complete lack of understanding about who and what he is as well. This does not make set posters look knowledgeable or reasonable. Seto has value.

Phillips could be had I imagine, but I think you'd be hard pressed to get Coyle and Larsson away from Fletcher.
Larsson at worst will be a solid 3rd line center(he could step in and do that tomorrow). If his scoring comes along, which the Wild seem to think it will he could be a very good 2C. Likely projection is a tweener who can play either.
Coyle will be a top 6 wing, only question is if he will be an avg one or develop into a very good PF type.
Phillips is still very raw, and has taken to the AHL at a slower pace then the rest of the prospects. He also, atleast early was getting the short end of the stick on linemates and assignments with the center depth we have had there. Next year will be a big year for him to determine if he's got a future in the league.

So you quote my post, and in the quoted post, I'm even saying that it's fair that you guys don't see the value in Seto for Despres. I'm just saying that Seto has value and it gets overlooked by SOME posters.

I don't follow Minny enough to know the specific issues of the team but they're last in GF so it would appear offence opposed to defence is the bigger issue.

I liked Regehr when he was a Flame. Well actually hated him cuz he was excellent at his role. I know Robyn's game doesn't necessarily reflect on the stat sheet, but has he missed a step? I have a bit concern as he has played many games and I know at least in his Calgary days they were the hard match-up minutes he logged. How's he been playing for Buff? What terms would Sabre fans want for RR?
I wonder what it would take for the Wild to get Eric Brewer from Tampa Bay? He seems like a really good fit alongside Gilbert and he brings a veteran, gritty presence.
What about Charlie Coyle + Marco Scandella = Despres?
Coyle gives you a talented young winger and Scandella can play depth minutes to patch up any hole Despres might leave. He also has second pairing potential.
