Overlooked around here because of the youth at center and how bad the defense has been is the lack of production from our wings. Aside from Vanek and Pominville, they have combined for 5 total goals. This is a source of major concern. We used to think we had a ton of depth here, but it appears we lack any quality. Is there a solution? Should we look to trade for one?
Stafford's inconsistent. Leino injured. Adam regressed. Gerbe's lost his scoring touch. They thought Foligno was something he isn't. Ott is a 3rd liner. No 3rd line RW thanks to Tropp and Leino injuries, and Darcy's failure to adequately replace them. Not getting anything from the 4th liners.
lol, thought this was going to be a thread about chicken wings. Was excited for a moment. They are more exciting than the current offerings from the Sabres.

Spot on. I've been saying since the end of last year we needed more quality depth on the wings.
