He's playing a great 2 way game against on our most productive line against the best players in the world.
Don't know what to say other than that.

I think he was making great passes last night, could see the ice really well. Especially breaking out of our end, through the middle, and crossing the Rangers' blue line. Just not getting his shot through very much.

He's been playing very well but just can't seem to find any puck luck. I have no doubt the goals/points will come.

The puck isn't going in for him, but not for a lack of trying.
The Silf - Turris - Alfie line as a whole has been playing well these past few games.

He hasnt been spectacular thats for sure but he is generating chances. He hit the post on a redirect vs the Islanders i believe.
All I want to know is where is that shot of his?

He's been playing a great 2 way game.
I don't see that zif on his wrister that I saw last year. It's not as sniper-esque as before. Dunno why

He's facing better opposition as the #1 center. Other teams can focus on him since Spezza is out. He is less insulated now.

You don't even need to watch the game... just look at his numbers. Well above his career average. Kid is a great 2nd line centre with room to grow.
The goals will come.

The thing with Turris is that he was brought in to be Ottawa's number two center. In that role Turris has been awesome and it is only natural that he would struggle if he is forced onto the first line. Maybe some day down the road Turris will be able to take on that role, but expecting him to do it now is just silly.

He has been really good. No complaints whatsoever. Especially since I don't expect him to be able to score 70 points just yet. He is doing well from what is expected of him AND due to the circumstances we are put in.

His skating is just... wow.
I honestly think that he can regularly put up 60 points when he's not facing the top lines. He will be a very good second line center for us... for a long time.

This happens with Spezza too.

Obviously looking at stats, not paying attention to small game plays.

This, but he has been adapting and is creating chances for his line and himself.
Nothing more could be asked from him IMO.

He's leading the Sens in scoring. Tied for 2nd in +/-. What more do you want?
My only complaint is he should be shooting more.
