There are many problems with this team, but Tambo needs to address lack of offense from the D. The fact that J.Shultz is the only d-man with a goal this season pretty much paints the picture. Not only that, I don't remember any other d-man getting in a position for a prime scoring chance.

I know Lubo asked for a trade before, but if there is any chance he might be willing to come to EDM, that should be explored.
