Just watched the highlights from today's game. What was Nabby doing skating down to Miller near the end of the game? Was he gonna fight him? Haha. If anyone knows that would be sweet.

Edit: Just watched the video above my post. Lmao
It looks like he came down and put his mask on Ryan Millers chest.. That's awesome.

Sorry for intruding guys. Glad I'm not the only one that thought Nabby skating over there was hilarious.

While I am at it, I might as well tell you how awesome Tavares is. You guys are lucky to have him. Whenever an Isles game is on, I watch it just to watch him. Cheers!

it's official, with the way Nabby responds to interviews and that scene with Miller at the end of the game, he has become my favorite player (after God...euh I mean Tavares, obviously)

- Isles send out Martin to go say hi to Miller.
- Martin says hi to Miller, then steal his helmet.
- Miller is upset that a mere mortal has touched his holy temple and throws a punch at Martin while two other Sabres hold him down.
- Martin says he hits like a girl.
- The refs put down their coffee and doughnuts and actually get involved at this point.

It was nice to see Jack call Buffalo out on this one. It was nice to see the Islande3rs control most of a game and win despite their best efforts to miss the net or get their shots blocked. Super Tavares was almost as good as Super Nabokov. Moulson was able to make something happen without JT involved critically. Incredible.

Who here expects some fines to come of all this?

No Fines, but one things for sure. Webber will think twice before he tries grabbing and twisting Martins neck again. Marts Nailed him with a short hard one that Webber will remember for a while.

Just saw replay amd Marts did nail Weber with a strong right hand.

Also, JT robbed by the refs of a goal. That shot Miller stopped was behind the goal line almost certain. It should have been reviewable.

Just caught the game on DVR, early on it seemed like it would be one of those games, dominate and don't get the result but a huge win for the boys.

Obviously, everyone played quite well all around. My favorite moment was either Miller floundering on JT's goal like a little fish, or Nabby's stare down to Miller with 4 seconds left.

BIG WIN BOYS!

Did Okposo even play tonight? I though I saw something on ice that was falling all over the place, muscled and pushed along the corners, and took up a lot of empty space on the ice.

I feel sorry for Grabner, guy has nobody but himself to work with.

I almost forgot about that. That looked like the puck could have been over the goal line.

Is there any comment about that from the Isles somewhere?

Ehrhoff stole that money. Horrible deal for BUF. Not a bad player but he's no better than Streit.

I would play him with JT as well. But our 4th line seems to have the 2nd best chemistry of our lines so it would be silly to break them up.

I agree. Hits everything in sight. Plays with a ton of energy. Does do anything stupid and plays good positionally(shows a little offense with his shooting ability). A really good 4th liner. And for those who say 4th liners are a dime a dozen, there are a lot of bad 4th line players out there. I am a big believer that the 4th line should bring some energy to their shifts and try to change the flow of the game through their hustle. It's a long season and some nights you need the 4th lines energy.
