Apparently Mclean isn't a Marchand fan. I've seen 3 blatant dives from him last year. Fans called him out on it, looks like the bruins did, too. Meanwhile, how many dives do you see per game by the habs collectively? Christ.
Prust did an interview on a CGY sports radio station and he said that he doesn't wear a visor because he's a fighter and if you fight he doesn't think you should wear one. He also said that he should have the choice to wear one or not, Rhett Warrener agreed. Most people that want them to be mandatory either never played the game or are goalies.

Agree. I get that people hate him. That's fine, is there anyone better?

I don't think so.

Gionta buries a rebound to make it 3 - 2 bolts. Any lead under 4 is not safe against these guys.

Exactly this.

A couple of isolated instances where players are badly hurt with a high stick or puck to the face? MANDATE THAT EVERYONE HAS TO WEAR FULL VISORS!

I hate "we know what's best for you" over reactions.. especially from people who don't actually play the game.

These players know the risks.. let's stop assuming that they are too stupid to tie their own skates

Poor feeble Canucks.

Vancouver Canucks, owner dragged to court by Italian soccer club sports psychologist

Quote:
Canucks’ co-owner Francesco Aquilini visited Demichelis in 2010 in London to learn about the club’s facility and the mind room, the documents say.

“During the visit, Aquilini asked the plaintiff to leave his employment with Chelsea FC in order to move to Vancouver and work for the club and the Canucks,” the claim says.

Demichelis declined the offer, the documents indicate, but add that Aquilini returned a second time in 2010 and again in 2011, after the Canucks lost the Stanley Cup Final, to try to persuade him to work for the team.

“During the third visit Aquilini told the plaintiff that he was very concerned about the physical and psychological condition of the Canucks players, and the negative impact it had on their performance in the Stanley Cup final,” the claim

I get that guys are sustaining eye injuries. But, whether we like it or not, like helmets, I think they'll mandate it at some point. Which I definitely don't agree with. Hated the ****in things.

I there are many, many, many things I prefer over the Leafs. One of them includes paper cuts.

Penguins should have gotten called a couple times in the few minutes beforehand for penalties that were missed.

I don't see the Bruins getting away with such obvious penalties very often.
