You know who else is headed for a streak like that? The Northwest division with hockey markets galore. And there's no excuse for them. You can't even point to trying to grow fanbases and keeping spending down until revenue holds.

I can't stand Gudbranson. He's a cheapshot artist. He likes to hit high and elbow first. He got someone last year at the end of the last game we played against them.

Yea post-lockout (the full-season one ) you could easily walk down to the lower level seats in Boston. The team was terrible. Unfortunately a lot of Boston fans just need someone or something to look down on.

And wait next time the Bruins are lousy for a couple years, with the astronomical ticket prices (especially if the economy still stinks) they won't sell every game out.

I can't believe I am watching the Baseball game right now.. February must be the earliest start for baseball in quite some time. Also seeing Kevin Youkilis in a Yankee uniform and starting at 3rd is odd..

Nothing like watching a Bruins game on a snowy Sunday afternoon.

I think it will take more than a couple of bad seasons to empty the stadium, but Boston fans in general seem to be fair weather fans when it comes to hockey.

I think there are also currently a lot of Bruins fans who live outside Boston, and Bruins fans who travel (my sister lives an easy drive from Columbus and there are years I have seriously thought about going for a visit and buying tickets for the Bruins game, but the once a year game has never worked out for us to travel).

No Theodore?

Hooray?

Although, with Markstrom, it could be a better the devil you know thing.

I went to a Cats game a few years ago, with an ex-gf and her husband who were STH. Great fans, good people. I've got nothing but good things to say about the Panthers and their fans. Good luck today and enjoy.
