- The Undertaker returned to the ring at tonight's WWE live event in Waco, Texas. The following photos come from #WWEWaco on Twitter. It looks like Taker teamed with Sheamus to defeat Damien Sandow and Wade Barrett. Stay tuned later for more details.
Business-wise, it makes sense. Everyone has been wondering if he's returning or not. Now that the IWC knows, it moves fast. People who may or may not have watched RAW on Monday will be tuning in knowing that he's showing up. Genius, simple marketing. Well done by WWE, for once.
Made it obvious by throwing it on their official account, but still effective.
It was announces that Sheamus was going to be in a handicap match with Wade Barrett and Damian Sandow. Barrett got a mic and said that obviously Sheamus didn't get the memo that this was a handicap match and obviously he had bitten off more than he could chew. Sheamus said Barrett was talking out if his arse as usual. He said he had a few surprises of his own.
The lights went out and Undertaker's music started playing. (No that was not a typo). The crowd went crazy.
6. Shamus and Undertaker defeated Damian Sandow and Wade Barrett.
Taker walked out on the stage and slowly to the ring for a tag team match. The crowd chanted "this is awesome" during the match. Taker looked like he had never left.
There will probably be a more in depth house show report tomorrow.
Awesome. A moment like that at a house show is amazing. Must have been so bad ass for those in attendance. Heck, that's literally a big 3 ppv worthy return happening at a freaking house show
Looks like we'll be getting an Undertaker match at Wrestlemania afterall. Can't wait for Raw on Monday.
He has six weeks to get in better shape. With the amount of surgeries he's had plus the fact that he's almost 50, you can't expect him to be in the shape he was even 10 years ago.
Odds are, he still puts on the absolute best match at Wrestlemania this year just like he has done for the past several years.

Probably not actual video of it unless WWE has footage that they're not putting out there. It was unexpected. I doubt many people had the mind to have their cameras out for Sheamus talking on the mic.

But with how long it takes Taker to get to the ring, someone had to have pulled out a phone and set up the video before he even came out from behind the curtain. lol
