I don't like the Bruins chances without Thornton. They will struggle. I won't be surprised to see Tom Pyatt intimidate the Bruins players.

Also explains why they are down 2-0.

Chiarelli could have picked up Sesito from waivers.

Well, they are trailing after all. If Thornton was playing, Stamkos would have been too scared of getting his face pounded in to score his 15th.

In all seriousness though, this whole toughness-fighting discourse surrounding the habs that never ends has really put me off from this board. One of the reasons I post less here. It's just unbearable, everyone sucks, everyone is soft, every opposing player deserves to be killed. Whining about Gainey, Whining about Gauthier, Whining about Gomez, whining about Price. I mean, if I didn't follow the league, you'd think the habs were in last by reading some of the crap here.

Anyway, I'm out. Enjoy the games boys.

Watching these last two Bruins games I don't think Lucic has stopped crying once. Granted that call at the end of the period was pretty weak but it started long before that. Has he been doing this all year? I don't recall him being that bad in years past. Yes I am a Habs fan who likes Lucic. just wondering when this started as I haven't seen the Bruins much this season

Energetic PP by Boston we'll have to be disciplined tomorrow.

Seguin scores first home PP goal (at least that streak is over - they would have loved to break it against us). Stupid Kessel trade. Could you NOT freaking trade to anyone BUT Boston? I hope Chucky gets to that level of skill with his shot. Seems like Seguin came into the league with quite some size, unlike Chucky who will bulk up (I assume) over then next few years.

No starts are safe with Boston. Pretty sure people knew that already. Greatest team in the East BY FAR unfortunately.

It's pretty clear we'll have to win the special teams battle against the Bruins. True, they only got their first PP goal at home, but they are very dangerous. Their PK is great and if we don't have Diaz, I really hope PK 's shot is the great kind, not the absolute crap aim one. Also gotta finish the gimmes (Patch's chance on the 5min last game). Our PK hasn't been as good in previous years, but it's picking it up.
