So you are, in a sense, mocking Marc Bergevin? He put in a claim for Tom Sestito, you find that mock-worthy?

Nope, team's need depth at every position if they want to win. Bruins have that. They can sustain injuries because they have quality hockey players and don't lean any player(though you coud argue that they lean on Chara) to win games. They have an excellent team defense system and solid talent throughout the top 9.

Though it wouldn't surprise to say that Boston wins because of tough guys like Thornton, especially when people actually tried to make this argument when the Bruins won the cup.

yes, they have depth but their toughness is bad. Like really bad. Thats why they will lose. To much toughness on their team and they ice a useless goon. Definitely not a good team

The Habs are still winning but not getting much help elsewhere and now the concussion plague is hitting them as well.

I'm with you. **** the bruins indeed. They're definitely the best they've ever been (as in since the year they won* the Cup*) since the early 2000 rivalry resurgence, and are absolutely well built, but evil must be eradicated. I will forever appreciate Dale Hunter for that series. Once Tinordi and Beaulieu are regulars along with Dietz, Thrower, Collberg and co., I think we won't have to necessarily play our perfect game to beat them. We'll be equally built.

Except I wouldn't call Thornton a useless goon.

The exception is never the rule.

If Thornton don't fight, he's not in the Nhl....... is main job is to be a goon. The others things that he brings to the table is a bonus. We need to trade Prust now, the guy fight way to much

Way to go tbay! They've really taken it to the bruins in the last 3-4 minutes. That's exactly how we have to play. Come on Tampa, score on your amazing PP!!! I'd enjoy a MAB goal, but I'll take a Stamkos or an anybody at all.

Well I don't think any team is going to score goals vs the bruins from dead angles this year. Bolts need to be more physical in front of the net make some openings from the slot.

oooof that was close.

If/when boston scores, Tbay should really be mad at themselves for not converting a string of PPs.
