Big test for the leafs tonight! They are coming off a disgusting preformance on Saturday AND are currently 3 points out of 9th spot, a loss tonight drops us to within 1 point of the outside of the playoffs. Kessel and everyone needs to bring their "A" game tonight if they have any hopes of getting a win in Philly.

This Philly team is different from the one we played a week or so ago. They're starting to find their game, and Voracek and Giroux are really starting to get going.

We're going to need to stay out of the box. That's got to be priority #1. After that, we've got to get pucks/traffic to the net. Bryzgalov is awful with people in his face, as are most goalies.

It is a different team, but it's mostly because of Hartnell. They will have traffic to the net on all four lines tonight.

They've lost two of their last three. One of them in embarrassing fashion.

You make it sound like losing 2 of 3 does not happen to every team in the league at some point.

I just hope we continue to play good, but I am skeptical of scriven's game again.

Hope that Reimer returns on Thursday (2nd game of the B2B).

If Scrivens plays good in net, we should win. Flyers have scored a lot of goals but they have also faced terrible goaltending.

The last five goalies they have faced were all GARBAGE.

Budaj... .905SV
Nabokov .903SV
Vokoun .899SV
Clemmenson .862SV
Pavelec .898SV

That's three goalies with less than .900SV, wish we had that kind of luck.

So there is no need to be scared of the Flyers, if Ben plays .910+ we will win...Flyers D is not good and our offense will be fine against them.

Hoping for a return by Optimus sooner rather than later. Scrivens can have some good games, but seven in a row is just too much for him at this point IMO.

I wonder if Simmonds will get the hat trick for Gordie Howe hat tricks.

I can't shake the feeling of a 7-4 Flyers win tonight. I hope it's a lot tighter than that.

The more I see komi being on the bench, the more I think Komi might have done something stupid to piss off carlyle? I don't know it's my tin foil hat theory.

I think it is almost inevitable that he will be the compliance buyout this summer.

Without Orr tonight Flyers are going to be running around... Especially that souless ginger F Hartnel...

Hope Dion punches him out once and for all!

Also hope JVR dances around Schenn again for another beauty

More important to have good Dion show up and more fire burning the ice from Grabovski.

I also luv how Philly fans on their board say how Schenn has been great for them BUT every Philly fan i have talked too around here thinks he is slow and sucks

They are regretting that deal BIG TIME! JVR is a stud and Luke is a 6th/7th Dman that is slow, a horrible shot, gets out of position by trying to body check too much and has horrible awareness.

Thanks Burkie

Pretty much. I wouldn't mind it if he wasn't looking so damn shaky all the time. Especially his puck control, always gives me a heart attack.

If we wanna make the playoffs this year, we have to win this game. Cannot afford to lose b2b games against teams who are competing with us for the last 3 playoff spots.

McLaren is still a reason for teams to stay honest. If Hartnell starts ****ing around Randy need to line match McLaren to beat Hartnell's ass to the ground.
