Personally, I think he's injured. He's also getting some pretty bad shooting luck.

I think we can all agree at this point that the first 7 were an exception. Teams getting back together with little time, everyone at different fitness levels.

If we had played in the first 7 how we have played the rest of the season, we would be sitting in the 14/15 spot.

If he's hurt he should sit out. Usually how it works.

and if we played the rest of the season like we did the 1st 7 games, we would be chicago, anaheim, pittsburgh, boston, montreal.

Underperforming Sharks player?

Was playing through lower-body injury.

Seriously, though. I do think Pavs is injured. No reason why he looks so slow. I will continue to SNOG him a goal until he rebounds.

Like with some others, negative effects due to the constant line juggling? Maybe/possibly.

Very true. But on the line's, Todd has got to realize he will eventually need some consistency in his line's before the play-offs come around. That is if we are to be involved of course. Just wondering if this 'may' have something to do with his struggles though.

it is kind of hard to keep lines the same when you are constantly missing top 6 forwards for games/periods.

havlat has missed 7 games.
clowe has missed 3 games (so far), and looks to be missing a few more.

Recently yes but, even before that. Eg., we witnessed a connection for Clowe with Gomez and Sheppard and the next game, they were apart. Even when Havlat was out alone, changes could/should be minimal.

not really, because missing even just 1 person throws off the teams entire chemistry. you have certain players/lines that just don't get touched. and for the most part they do not get touched. ex:thornton and marleau who have for the most part been together for the entire season outside of maybe a few periods and at most a game or 2.

IMO, TM is trying to play a matchup game with Couture, JT, Marleau and Pavs. When he goes Marleau/Pavs and JT/Couture, he is trying to put pressure on teams with only one defensive stopper pair. Shooting for balanced offense between his top lines. When TM does Marleau/JT/Pavs, TM is going for an overwhelming first line.

If you're not part of the pro-cess, you're part of the problem.

Definitely wouldn't be surprised if he was playing through an injury

Sharks are 7-0 out of the gate and he feels the need to play through an injury?
