I suggested other places that I know have games on tv's, but he's adamant.

ROCK me HARD PLACE.

I'll check the scores from time to time I guess. This is a chance for JT to show the NHL on National TV how amazing he is, if they already didn't know. Gotta tape it, I'll watch only if we win.
Ahh, of course. I understand. Was thinking any friend who gets between me and my Islanders is no friend of mine

Anyone else kind of nervous for this one? It's like I know we are going to get walked all over the coliseum tonight, but it's on national TV when everyone can now tune-in to finally see how great JT is. He is drawing attention to himself and the Islanders. I want him to succeed tonight and not get embarrassed to be a part of this team. Even if it's a loss.

Here's to a solid effort and big game by Tavares.

Let's hope that he makes it rain on the Bruins today and gets me some points for my fantasy team.
but well your opinion is slightly...uhmm questionable isnt the right word, but certainly lessened because you kinda always predict a tavartrick. Not that that is a bad thing, kinda like we all appreciate the 9-1 guy even though he is obviously wonkers

No I just never count them out till its over. I've predicted wins 4 times this year and they won either 2 or 3 of those times. I guess we will see. If they don't win tonight it will be one of those games where the should have. We shall see

Hamonic has to play better. He played terrible against the Whalers. He better pick it up.

Lets go Islanders!

Bruins with zero goals:

MacDermid
Spooner

So...
Bruins 8
Tavares 2

Cappy's Quote today at practice. " Bruins dont give an inch, but we have character guys " . Who the hell are the character guys other then JT, Martin and Nabby. The rest are fictional characters. The only other character guys are sitting in the press box for this game.

I have a feeling this is going to be a brutal game to watch. Dual Survival sounds like a good backup plan for me.

I dont want anyone to get hurt. The Bruins are a fast hard hitting always in your face team and none of them are affraid to drop the gloves if need be. I pitty our defense tonight they are going to be sore in the morning .

Listening to the game with a blanket over the tv while I do homework. Yes because the Hofstra broadcast of the islanders is horrible. Chris king has to go.

Just got Trouble With the Curve in from Netflix, that's my backup plan. But, Dual Survival is definitely a solid choice, though would be more solid if it was Survivorman!

From watching Rask in Tampa last week, Isles have to beat him upstairs.

NYI are a mess. They might play Boston tough, win a tight game, then lose 5-0 to Toronto or Florida.

Never know what will happen. They have so many inconsistent players.

Only certainty is Grabs will get at least one breakaway and JT will create scoring chances.

Keith Aucoin, Joe Finley, Eric Boulton. 2 waiver claims and one guy who's not a legitimate 4th line forward. Those are character guys?

Yeah, I would have assumed NVMC would have been the last place of destination for NBC.
